Juneau Bar Association, Inc.

The Juneau Bar Association is a voluntary association of Juneau-area lawyers and other law office professionals.  There are currently over 90 active members of the Juneau Bar Association.  JBA meets each Friday for lunch at the Baranof Hotel Gold Room from noon to 1:00 p.m.  Please join us!

Examples of events and services offered by JBA:

• No-cost and low-cost continuing legal education programs.

• Annual holiday party and other social events at no cost to members and their guests.

• Law Day activities reaching out to Juneau's youth.
  

• Funding for and hosting of receptions honoring Juneau judges retiring from the bench.

• Funding for and hosting of receptions for the swearing-in of new Juneau judges.

• Participation in the Khabarovsk-Alaska Rule of Law Partnership (KAROL).

• Swearing-In receptions honoring new admittees to the Alaska Bar Association.
